At Apsara by Indralok, we strive to offer a smooth and premium shopping experience.

Exchange Policy

• We offer easy exchanges on eligible products.
• Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• Exchange orders will be dispatched after the product pickup is completed.

Store Credit (Refund Policy)

• We provide store credit only (no monetary refunds).
• Store credit is issued after successful quality check (QC) of the returned product.

Timeline

• Exchanges and store credit are processed within 5–7 working days after pickup.

Important Note

• Store credit is provided only in case of genuine issues, such as:
  • Missing product
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Any error from our end
